1. Syllabus for Forester Grade-I
Applicable Post: Forester Grade-I only.
Exam Pattern
- Format: 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
- Total Marks: 100 Marks (1 Mark per question).
- Negative Marking: There is a negative marking of ½ mark (0.5) for each wrong answer .
Subjects to be Covered
- Logical Reasoning, Aptitude, and English Comprehension.
- Matters relating to History and Culture of Assam and India.
- General Knowledge .
2. Syllabus for All Other Posts
Applicable Posts: Forest Guard, Game Watcher, AFPF Constable, Constable (WO/WT), Constable (UB), Sub-Officer, Fireman, Emergency Rescuer, Constable (Grade-III), Bandman (Constable), Bugler, and Boatman .
Exam Pattern
- Format: 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
- Total Marks: 50 Marks (Each correct answer awards ½ mark).
- Negative Marking: There will be NO negative marking for these posts .
- Difficulty Level: Questions will be of Class IX and X level .
Subjects to be Covered
- Elementary Arithmetic.
- General English.
- Logical Reasoning / Mental Ability.
- Assam’s History, Geography, Polity, and Economy.
- General Awareness / General Knowledge and Current Affairs .
3. Question Paper Language
For all written examinations, the question paper will be available in the following languages :
- Assamese
- Bodo
- Bengali
- English
